Everything Sunshine Manor offers is included in one monthly rate. This means all assistance with medication, meals, and personal care, all housekeeping and laundry services, all furnishings, utilities, and supplies, and all activities and transporation. There are no hidden or additional charges. No lease or long-term committment. And you are ensured the same friendly and caring service, regardless of the room you choose. We have a room and a rate that is right for you!

We offer three types of rooms:

Private Studio Room w/ Bath. This room has a bathroom that is shared with the room next door. Private Studio Room w/ Private Bath. This is the same type room only it offers the privacy of a bathroom of its own. Deluxe Two Room Suite. This is the most sought after room we have. It has a living room, bedroom, private bathroom, and large walk-in closet. All of our rooms feature the same personal, one on one, 24 hour service.  The average cost of stay is $70.00 per day.  Take a minute and calculate what it costs to live at home and add the cost of round the clock care and we think you will find that our rates are well in line and some of the best in the industry.

Sunshine Manor also offers short-term stays. If time is needed to recouperate from an illness or surgery or if a primary caregiver needs time off to go on vacation or just overnight, we can help. Short-term accomodations include a private room with a bathroom and the full range of services. We provide this at a rate of $75.00 per day.
